If you walked around the Gulf Coast and asked people what the Harrison County Utility Authority does, they’d probably answer, “Ummm, pick up my trash?”
Well, the truth is that the HCUA does a lot more than that. This campaign was created to let everyone in the county know that the HCUA is making the Gulf Coast greener for generations to come through waste management, recycling initiatives, water conservation programs and litter prevention.
